Use the patch and then use the crack MAke sure to select

Go to you bonetown folder game/data/missions then do the following:
– Rename “BoardwalkDemo.mis” to something like “BoardwalkDemo._ORImis” then rename “Boardwalk.mis” to “BoardwalkDemo.mis”.
– Rename “BeachBarDemo.mis” to something like “BeachBarDemo_ORI.mis” and rename “BeachBar.mis” to “BeachBarDemo.mis”.
Full Nudity:
– Delete “VajStar” from BoneTowngamedataitemstextures
– Delete “YellowNipStars” from BoneTowngamedatachickscharacterstextures
– Delete “CensoredStar” from BoneTowngamedataitemstextures
